GMX Motorbikes offers 7 day Money Back Guarantee to assure you have a happy online shopping experience with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us in 7 days of receiving the item(s) and organise return of the product to receive a refund.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

The policy subject to the following listed terms:

1. The customer must fill out a claim form through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving.

2. Our Customer Service team will advise you of further instructions and return address details

3. The item(s) purchased on GMXmotorbikes.com.au need be received by our Melbourne warehouse within 14 days after refund claim has been lodged.

4. The item(s) must be returned in the original package and "as new" condition with all internal and external package materials, accessories, parts, tags, labels and manuals.

5. The item(s) must be returned in 100% "re-saleable" condition and haven't been opened, used, worn or damaged.

6. Customers must return the item(s) with appropriate packed to ensure it is received by us in the original and "re-saleable" conditions. If the item(s) is damaged during the transportation of return, customers will be charged the cost of repairing or replace the item(s).

7. Customer must only write return address / information on the carton packaging labels or consignment stickers and do not stick or write anything on the item itself.

8. If the item(s) is received in "re-saleable" condition by our Melbourne warehouse, GMX motorbikes will issue a refund in 48 business hours or as early as possible to customer's initial transaction accounts. We take no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result from any bank, credit union and 3rd payment company.

9. Your refund will be the amount you paid for the item(s) returned, (less postage and handling. Restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price with minimum of $25.)

10. If the item(s) were ordered under "free shipping" promotions or a complimentary product(s), the refund will deduct the shipping freight equal to current website postage cost.Any order requesting to be cancelled prior to processing or shipping will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total order price ($20 minimum charge)

11. The policy does not apply to showroom purchases.

12. For hygienic reasons some products may not be returned under this policy.

13. Item(s) returned will be assessed and further costs/ deductions may apply if any of the above conditions are not met.

14. GMX Motorbikes reserve the rights to update this 7 day Money Back Guarantee without notice.

 

Return Procedure

 

1) All claims must be lodged via our contact us page by filling out form in writing.

2) We won't be able to process any warranty/return claim via phone or online chat.

3) Please provide contact information so our customer support team can get in touch with you as soon as possible.

4) An automated email will be sent with a ticket number after you lodged claim online.

5) Please quote the ticket number when you reply our email.

6) To help us to assist you more efficiently, please provide detailed information as much as you can, such as photos, videos, etc..

7) Normally, our support team will contact you in 48 business hours after you lodged the claim.

8) Please contact us again, only if you haven't got any reply from us after 48 hours.

• Do not return the item(s) to our Melbourne warehouse without email confirmation from our customer support team.

• Do not contact our customer service line / online chat in 48 hours after you lodged the claim.

• Do not call our customer service phone number without the ticket number ready.

Returns Policy

GMX motorbikes will issue a full refund if the item(s) is damaged on delivery or faulty upon receiving it. On dead on arrival claim, the policy subject to the following listed terms:

1. Customers must lodge the claim on our contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the time(s).

2. Damaged evidence like photos, videos need be provided.

3. Postage, freight insurance and handling charges are not refundable.

4. Please refer to GMX warranty policy for claims made after this period.

5. We will replace the item if the item cannot be repaired.

6. We encourage customers to take freight insurance to cover any unlikely event.
